En hann gekk þegar upp eptir dalnum til stóðs síns.

Einarr svarar: 'Illa hefir mér at farit,

Einar answered: "It hasn't been going well for

því at vant varð þriggja tiga ásauðar nær viku,
because - lacking - were - three - of ten - ewes -
nearly - a week
