Yes, it's a bit of a drawback that Rev. Narada didn't select
passages that make sense by themselves.

In the context of Exercise 20-A I agree with the venerable.
Satthudhammo could be either a tatiyaa-tappurisa (satthaaraa
desito dhammo) or if referring to a quality (gu.na) of the
teacher, then it could be a cha.t.thii-tappurisa (satthuno
dhammo).
