I agree that satthudhammo is a Tappurisa, as in satthuno-dhammo. But,
what about di.t.thapubba and sutapubba? I can't understand why they
are Tappurisa. Please advise.

In the context of Exercise 20-A I agree with the venerable.
Satthudhammo could be either a tatiyaa-tappurisa (satthaaraa
desito dhammo) or if referring to a quality (gu.na) of the
teacher, then it could be a cha.t.thii-tappurisa (satthuno
dhammo).
