Trs. Non-delusion is one (i.e. dhamma) having the chacracteristic of
penetrating to each essence.

> Tiika: Dhammaana.m yo yo sabhaavo yathaasabhaavo, tassa tassa
> pa.tivijjhana.m yathaasabhaavapa.tivedho.

Trs. Each essence of dhammas is "yathaasabhaavo"; the penetration to
each (of them) is "yathaasabhaavapa.tivedha".
