Verily, o Bhikkhus, for the abandoning of these three dhammas, three
dhammas should be developed.
Katame tayo? Aratiyaa pahaanaaya muditaa bhaavetabbaa, vihi.msaaya
pahaanaaya avihi.msaa bhaavetabbaa, adhammacariyaaya pahaanaaya
dhammacariyaa bhaavetabbaa.

developed /of ill-will /for abandoning /non-ill-will /should be
developed /of unrighteous conduct /for abandoning /righteous conduct

Which three? For the abandoning of disliking, compassion should be
