Hope - Thanks for noticing this. These solutions were prepared some
time ago, and I didn't realize the links had changed. [And in fact
orginal credit for providing the references goes to Dimitry in his
Russian translation of the Gair/Karunatillake book.] I am now going
through correcting all the links in my translation document, and
I'll count on you diligent Pali-listers to correct any that I
miss! ;-)
