I take it you mean within the same language - the Tai languages show varying simplifications of dental + liquid, but they're overwhelmingly regular.

The best I can do for mixed development is the Lungchow dialect of Central Tai, for which the 21 examples of Proto-Tai *thr in Li's Handbook split 15 > h (the normal outcome of /hr/), 3 > th and 3 without Lungchow reflexes. Dialect mixture is a highly plausible explanation, for some Central Tai languages have /th/ and others /h/ as the regular reflex of this cluster.
