As far as I've seen, there is nothing that links
Basque to Etruscan. The onus is upon you to
demonstrate that there is.
There is the possibility they are related at the
Nostratic level but QED

==========

If Nostratic includes Etruscan
but not Basque,
then it's bad.

Now, I don't think
the "standard gossiping" about
Etruscan and PIE frees anybody
from the onus of demonstrating
this gossip makes sense.

When it comes to B. and E.
They share phonological features.

Voiced stop > voiced spirant
Unvoiced stop > unvoiced spirant
Glottalized > unvoiced stop

Dental stops :
PIE d = B. r = E. l = *t?
to give : E. al
PIE d = B l = E r = *d
to eat : E. ar

Etruscan also has :
r > s
House gher > casa
Youth kor > hus
(Vowels work !!)

Basque is "worse"
it also has
l > s.

These features do not exist elsewhere.
