No. The "Jupiter Menzana" ( with "z" or "dz" but not with "dy" is
attested before Latin conquested Italy. DO I mistake now or it was an
messapic deity? That will have the time line of dy > z long, long time
before Christus. The big problem here is that we can report us just to
Latin as chronological time. What was before Latin is not to fixe in
time since we are missing written records. We do know Rom/Alb
correspondencies as "c^/s" , "a/o", "e/a" are before Christian Era but
more as this , we cannot say. What does one learn here from? One learns
the "substratum" is in the prehistory and the people who became
Albanians have been already different by the people who became Romanians
prior to the presence of Romans in Balkan-(due the fonetical changes
already made in preroman times). I guess more as this cannot be said.
