The Scythians weren't Persian tribes and didn't come from Persia.
When we call them "Iranians" this doesn't mean "from Iran". No
tribes ever left Persia and settled in Europe. The Sarmatians
who did settle in Europe originated in the steppes of Central
Asia, not Persia.
