I for one was glad for the warning ahead of tie not to interpret it as
shouting, but it still came off at least a little that way. The
additional explanation about your mail client not properly quoting
sections I can't confirm, as both modes you described are "unusual", and
I am not familiar with that particular client.

Since I have an interest in the way mail clients work, I'd welcome a
pointer to the mail client "verizon yahoo" so I can check it out for myself.
