The abbreviation Abh-ṭ stands for Abhidhānappadīpikā-ṭīḳā. I’m not sure if it‘s in the PDR but it’s in the CST4 set of texts. The Abhidhānappadīpikā or Abh is the oldest extant Pali dictionary (12^th c.) and is along the same lines as the Amarakoṣa (Am-k) whose commentaries provide useful Paṇinian etymologies. The author of Am-k is thought to have been a Buddhist (4^th-8^th c.).
