The Mahasanghika Vinaya proper only survives in Faxian's Chinese
translation.  I also have an e-text of the Tibetan Mulasarvastivadin Vinaya
which should cover the relevent section if it is there.  I'll search through
it for you tomorrow.  I have a copy of Gnoli's Sanghabheda-vastu, but
nothing comes up with a search there.
