I'm running CST 4.0.0.15. on a windows vista pc. I imagine it would work
on windows 7 if it works for vista. I downloaded mine a few weeks ago.
from here: http://www.tipitaka.org/cst4 . On that page it mentions
working for vista, other than needing to install fonts. I didn't need to
install in fonts on my vista pc for it to work. It has unicode pali
script as far as I can tell.
