Thank you, Frank. I have successfully installed CST 4.0.0.15, on my
Vista PC, from the link you gave.

Unfortunately, when I try to install the associated Pali keyboard (at
http://www.tipitaka.org/keyboard/) Vista rejects the EnUsPali.dll file
that downloads in the zip file, saying the DLL file is unreadable
(during the execution of the MSI file)! I have confirmed that the DLL
file is present and accessible. Does anyone have installation
instructions for the keyboard that work with Vista?

Thank you,
rwgraves
