Dear Nina and friends,

thanks for that, Nina. Yes, we can write addasaa besides passo (you
saw). Both are variants of passati/dassati.

As for a question word, I shall try. But please help me to check
through the sentence:

Did you see him sitting on this high seat?
(nanu) / tva.m / passo/addasaa / ta.m / nisiidanto / amusmi.m /
uccasmi.m / aasanasmi.m
Nanu (tva.m) amusmi.m uccasmi.m aasanasmi.m nisiidanto ta.m
passo/addasaa?

metta,
Yong Peng.

perhaps the aorist could be used of passati. Instead of passo (I
see): addasaa.
Then a question word could be added: na or nanu. At the beginning of
the sentence?
