correct word for sayanto in this sentence.

Shouldn't ""sayanto/sayaano" be understood as "lying down" rather
than "sleeping"? Lying down is a position of the body, same as
standing, sitting and moving; sleeping is a state of consciousness,
so it doesn't really fit into the scheme (and it is debatable whether
true sleep and true bhaavanaa can take place at the same time).
