Dimitry, Derek, and I have been discussing pali Unicode
fonts and maximum user visibility on the web. This might
serve as a recommendation for encoding pali diacritics
in a web page:

I am interested in feedback from other users. I've also
come up with a simple javascript that replaces pali in
the velthuis format (.d .t 'n aa, etc) with NCR
