I'm not exactly sure what this is about, but it looks like it says
something more along the lines of 'with reference to (sandhaaya) one
possessing such a tendancy, 'aamantaa' is said.' This might be
explaining the scope of reference of the word aamanta in a previous
sentence. It would be interesting if you could post the entire
passage.
