Hi Susan,
I was just looking in at
http://www.amazon.co.uk (book search,
key-word 'pali') and there it looks like the paperback edition of
Warder is available with a 1-2 day dispatch time (the hardback was
listed as 'limited availability' but can be worth getting as a
back-up, since the paperback version will fall apart and start losing
pages if you open it flat).
Geir/Karunatilleke is listed as available in paperback and hardback
in a Motilal Banarsidas reprint with 4-6 weeks availability. They
even appear to have a reprint of Johansson's _Pali Buddhist Texts_
available, though with a 4-6 week wait.
I have had some problems with the UK version of Amazon, so I don't
trust them 100%, but at least it looks like the books are available.
Another option (for some of the books) is to order directly from PTS.
Among other things, they've got Warder, the PED and Cone's new
dictionary (which only goes up to kh- so far).

If anyone knows of other options for ordering Geir/Karunatilleke I'd
also be interested in hearing of it. Hope this helps,
best regards,
