Dear Everett, Susan, Hasituppada and friends,
you will be able to get many of the Pali books from Pariyatti:
http://www.pariyatti.com/
Pali Primer is also available free online:
http://www.vri.dhamma.org/publications/pali/primer/index.html
You may also try to get the Pali Primer (and its accompanying Answer
Key) from one of VRI meditation centers. It is very much cheaper if
they hold the stock:
http://www.vri.dhamma.org/courses/centres.html
Gair & Karunatillake has ISBN 812081440X (paperback), the hardcover
version ISBN 8120814401 is available from
http://www.amazon.com
Barnes & Noble
http://www.bn.com has used copies of the hardcover
version ISBN 8120814401
If you are looking to get multiple copies or the paperback edition,
you can try contacting Motilal Banarsidass or their distributors in
your area:
http://www.mlbd.com/
http://www.mlbdeurope.com/
You can also go to a Theravada buddhist center in your area for
assistance. Probably, you can ask them to set up a mini-bookstore too!
Hope this helps.
metta,
Yong Peng

I was just looking in at http://www.amazon.co.uk (book search,
key-word 'pali') and there it looks like the paperback edition of
Warder is available with a 1-2 day dispatch time (the hardback was
listed as 'limited availability' but can be worth getting as a
back-up, since the paperback version will fall apart and start losing
pages if you open it flat).
