Ven. Buddhadatta's dictionary gloss duddina as:
a cloudy day, unlucky day, bad weather, foul weather

>Vihacca is given under vihanati (vi + hanati) = to strike, kill, put

In the commentary, I find that it's glossed as "pasaaretvaa", abs. for "pasaareti", meaning "stretch out, spread out, expand, exhibit, expose".

I suggest you get Paliwords. It's the software version of Ven. Buddhadatta's Concise Pali-English Dictionary and English-Pali dictionary combined. It's free.

You could also get VRI's CSCD for easy reference.
