Hi,
I cannot agree for kumara saying that that there are no better first book.I
think for english users,Buddhadatta 3 grammar on pali in English and sinhala
will be the best with the 3 rd book talking about aids to english
translation.Durossile also has another two pali books besides that online
version. The ideal book should be kaccayana grammar english translation in 4
volumes.Sri lankan monk start with balavatara which for me is even better.
