http://www.hi.is/~haukurth/norse/ this is the place to start, but if your
machine does not receive or send the differently marked vowels and
characters found in the Old Norse Alphabet then perhaps it will ne necessary
to get an engineer tp fix it for you
there is a code for example to type ð you need to hold Alt and then type
0240 on the right hand keyboard.
If this cannot be done, the keyboard is what is preventing you from
working.
Why do you attach a "Digest" of our work what is the point
