Which looks very like Matasović's reconstruction of *kīsrā
'comb' (OIr. cír, fem. ā-stem), with unexpected long vowel
in the root. I gather that the development of *-sr- in
PCelt. is uncertain; do you know whether there's any
possibility of something like

*kes-rah2 > *kesrā > *kērā > *kīrā

instead?
