You have not even attempted to offer a counter to any of the evidence I've given.


Another example along the lines I've described with a different root is teglach = family / household OIr; (related to teg = house OIr; tégos = roof G; < * (s)teg+ = cover; exactly corresponding to the relationships I argued for * dem-x+ ).
