Russian "pereznanie" - recognizance (attestation/etymology)

I've come across the Russian legal term "pereznanie". Can somebody help me and tell me when this word was attested for the first time? I suppose it is a modern form, or was the word used for other concepts in the past as well? Is the term frequent?

My dictionaries don't even mention this word. Please, help.
