I just became aware of the name Tastris for what is today called Skagen
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Skagen
Like his Cimbrian word for the Skagerrak, Morimarusa, it has not survived. It is tempting to assume it is Cimbrian too.
It seems to fit into other -str- names in Europe, cf the map of -str- names in
Udolph, Namenkundliche Studien zum Germanenproblem
http://tinyurl.com/y8qlnap

Hydronyms and names of islands predominate over names of settlements, and Udolph ranks it with the -s-, -st-, -str- and -ithi- names, ie Venetic, in my opinion
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Veneti
but certainly not in Udolph's.
