This article by Butanaev is listed and annotated, along with many
other articles by the same author, at pp. 71-73 of Vajda's book:

The reason why I excluded it from the list of articles I provided in
my earlier post (which I took directly from Vajda's book) is that we
were talking about URALIC influences on Yeniseian languages, whereas
Khakas is a TURKIC language.
