The status of Curonian, Zemgalian and Selonian is unclear. Some regard
them as East Baltin, some as West Baltic, some as "transitional", while
Henning Andersen refers to them (and their shared features) as
"Northwest Baltic", not claiming it to be necessarily a genetic grouping
but, rather, a geographical label.
