Yes, Zhemaitian (Samogitian) dialect have West Baltic substratum,
especially Zhemaichiai Dounininkai dialect (Telshiai and Skuodas towns
in North West of Lithuania). Also, Latvian language have very much of
West Baltic substratum. It is so, because Curonians and even maybe
Semigalians were West Balts.
