Then what of Germanic words like OE (Anglian) <ne:þl> "needle",
<boþl> "dwelling", and Lithuanian words like <arklas> "plough"? Don't
these go back to PIE *-tl-?

I have needle from OE naedle
and booth seems to be a Danish loan-word.
