Yet another reasons for asking for transliterations, such as:

IPA ŋ = X-SAMPA N = Kirshenbaum N
IPA ŋ̥ = X-SAMPA N_0 = Kirshenbaum N<vls>

In your opinion, what happened to the voiceless PIE (pre-PIE?) nasals
m̥ (= X-SAMPA m_0, Kirshenbaum m<vls>) and n̥ (̩X-SAMPA n_0, Kirshenbaum
n<vls>)?
