is that hartia might be a substrate word
from PRe-PIE Scandinavian,

with k_l-t > k_rt
Borrowed into Germanic *hart
Vowel might be either *o or *a.
(I would prefer *o
from macro-comparative
viewpoint)

What's why I was asking if
other words display *l > *r
in Norse and Fennic.
