We knew that already. Hirt's law, which affects only
Balto-Slavic, causes retraction of the accent to a preceding
syllable if it has a non-vocalized laryngeal in the syllable
coda (but not, for instance, if it has a non-laryngeally
caused long vowel). That shows that laryngeals survived
until after the establishment of Proto-Balto-Slavic.
