According to Brian McScott,
Trise is from Beatrice,
So I cannot see why it can't French in the first place and why it must be Dutch ?
This claim it is Dutch is ridiculous.
So you have only one name left to support your claim something is Dutch.

I am a native speaker of the language
If you say something about modern Danish,
I won't ask for a source.

Calais did.

Arnaud
I said Boulogne's area never spoke Dutch
I agree that the area north-east from there did.
Calais did and the area north and east of Calais did too
I am not discussing obvious known truths
The fact that Dutch was spoken in Flanders and Calais is irrelevant
when it comes to Boulogne.
Otherwise Dutch was also spoken in Berck, Dieppes, Fécamp, Rouen and Portugal ? if you apply a recurrence every 40 km.
If you apply long enough, you will reach Afrikaans !
