Looks to me like an a-stem dative in -a:i [cognate with Old Irish
mnai:) that has been shortened to -i: in this particular dialect of
Gaulish (compare the Gaulish datives Brigindoni, Rosmerti, Belesami as
opposed to Blandouikuniai, Eskingai, Toutuniai).
