de-lni and d-lani "palm of hand"
 
Is there a IE language where
la- could be a acceptable root for "hand, palm of hand" ?

It's hard to say anything for sure, because */dh/ and */d/ have
yielded in Albanian /d/, if not followed by /y/ (/z/) and if not in
intervocalic position d > dh / V_V.
