Your idea that prefixes can be added to biliterals, which hardly exist in Arabic, such as H-, r-, ?a to f-l. which preserves its meaning of 'fill/full' is totally contrary to established theory.

This is not "my idea"
although I adhere to this approach
I give you again the relevant source.
The three books on the left describe the theory.

If you are not prepared to present arguments for this "theory", no one on this list will give it the slightest credence, I think.

Again, thanks for making me aware of the linked article by Militarev.
Moscati, on whom I have been relying, makes no mention of the processes described above.
Militarev's essay has convinced me of the basic soundness of his proposition; and I must say, I regret being convinced.
It makes PAA word formation chaotic in a way I have seen in no other major language family. Perhaps you will have to correct my ignorance again?
What is even more amazing to me is that these formants are often added to triliterals (including geminates) without necessarily replacing one of the root consonants.

I think this change of direction requires no particular comments.
The obvious truth is finally emerging.

First time you asked.
So answer is : From M. Georges Roquet : a specialist of Coptic and Egyptian
who works on the reconstruction of Old Egyptian.
Serious work.
I think he will probably publish his reconstructions in two or three years.

If he publishes a book with Hipulil in it, I doubt there will be a second publication.
Egyptian words are without indicated vowel: does Roquet perhaps mean Hfn?

Not at all,
M. Roquet works on the reconstruction of Archaic Egyptian's vowels as reflected in the Coptic dialects.
I suppose you have heard that Coptic written in Greek alphabet is the "daughter" language of "Egyptian".
M. Roquet makes a classical reconstruction work starting from the result to rebuilt the starting points.
