The reconstruction *ke:le is bad.
The initial must be *ki- to explain samoyed sie,
other vowels would maintain #k.
Then the end is -l#
And in between, you need some extra syllable,
such as a weak glottal stop plus a vowel.

So we can try :
*ki?il > should be kiil (bad)
*ki?ol > should be ky�l or k�yl (bad)
*ki?ul > should be kyyl (bad)
*ki?al > should be kiلl or kiel (ok)

Finnish must be good Uralic.

No problem at all.
