Probably not. If so it would require gW-b; bh-gWh; etc. I don't
know of any cases.

If *gWelbhus > *gwelphu+a: > vulva no such assim. is required. The
exact time when us>wa: isn't certain, but if lvw or sim. was created,
lvw > lw seems reasonable.
