You still need to think :

1. because for dental+dental the output of Alb. is s from an older
affricative probable c^
And the timeframe of dental+dental transformation is a pre-
historic one

2. This Dental+Dental transformation has nothing to do: with the
two stop reduction in PAlb.: this second transformation (even is "a
Pre-Latin one") happened somewhere around -200BC :-: 100 AC : so it's
a historical (later) one.
