OK, so what you want is a word with a set of case forms, which on the
reduction of that paradigm became several words with a set of case
forms. How about

PIE Dsg *gWn.-n.-éi -> PGerm. *kun-un-i -> Da. kone "wife; old woman"
PIE Gpl *gWén-n-oN -> PGerm. *kwen-n-a -> Da. kvinde "woman"

or

LLat. Nsg *májor -> French maire "mayor"
LLat. obl. *majóre(m) -> French majeur "major"
