So they changed their minds. Or rather, they can now accommodate both
theories. Personally I think Anatolia is off center for an Urheimat
that spawned Tocharian. It should be placed more centrally to Anatolia
and Sinkiang. South Asia is a possibility for that matter. A location
of the Urheimat of Inner IE, ie the language ancestral to the IE
languages minus Anatolian and Tocharian, in the Ukraine is compatible
with European archaeology.
