So, if I understand you right, PIE has

1)
a) athematic nouns with mobile stress,
b) thematic nouns with fixed stress on root
c) thematic nouns with fixed stress on thematic vowel

and

2)
a) semithematic present verb stems with mobile stress,
b) thematic present verb stems with fixed stress on root
c) thematic present verb stem with fixed stress on thematic vowel

and

3)
a) semithematic aorist verb stems with mobile stress,
b) thematic aorist verb stems with fixed stress on root
c) thematic aorist verb stem with fixed stress on thematic vowel

but in 3b) none of the thematic aorist verb stems with fixed stress on
root have matching cognates in other languages. 3b) can not be shown
to exist and therefore it does not exist. Therefore 3) is not similar
to 2) and 2) + 3) not similar to 1).

What do you think Popper would say?
