Re: Greek Themis and Sanskrit cognates

Rephrasing things for simplicity:

It is my understanding that the Greek "Themis" (the goddess of 'right
order') and the Sanskrit "dhaman" (meaning 'decree'); stem from the
PIE root *dhe- (or dhĂȘ-), 'to put place'.

Someone else informed me that "the Encyclopedia of Indo-European
Culture" gives the root of Themis as *dheH1-, which would lead to
*dhe:- (with the loss of the laryngeal) > *dhe:mis

Interestingly, this person stated that dharma also derives from *dhe
> *dhe'mn.

However, I had thought that dharma derived from *dher- > suffixed to
*dher-mn > dharma (per the AHDIER)

Can anyone clarify whether Themis and Dharma do, or do not, share the
same PIE root?

Sincerely,
Aydan
