The equation is correct (I will not talk about your proposed
etymologies here) but is better to add that the intermediary stage
of the Early-PAlb: e: was PAlb a:


1. PIE *e:(also *a:)(*dHeh1-weh2) > Dacian a: (*da:-wa:)

2. PIE *e:(also *a:) > Pre-Romanian a: > Romanian a (raTa,
madzare)

3. PIE *e:(also *a:) > PAlb. a: > Late-PAlb o > Alb o
(modhull, rosë)

Once again a strong fit between Proto-Albanian, Dacian and Pre-
Romanian
