I haven't seen that "new Leskien" myself (my first-hand experience is
limited to the 8th edition of 1962, which is very good and very
useful), but I've just chanced upon this devastating review of the
editors' job:

The examples of editorial errors and unjustified interventions given
by the reviewer (Jos Schaeken) are indeed hair-raising, and I fear his
reference to the book as "pseudo-Leskien" is no exaggeration. SO DON'T
EVEN LOOK FOR THE ELEVENTH EDITION. USE ANY EARLIER ONE!
