I was hoping I would be able to launch the project soon, but
unfortunately the beginning of the spring semester has kept me too busy.
I haven't given the idea up yet, however, and in my spare time I'm
re-thinking some issues of PIE morphology by way of preparation. If it
takes too long I'll post some problems for discussion as a stopgap
measure while I keep you waiting.
