For pn > m (Timeframe: Before Roman Times) we have gjumë < PIE *sup-
no (so pn > m is regular)
a) But why a PAlb *áp-na-u-la or *áp-nau-la would not give ámall ?
b) Do you now other extension in -no in other languages added to
the PIE root h2ep- 'water ?
Note: The PIE suffix *-no represents at its origins deverbative
adjectives: so <verb + -no> (but it's true also that it was later
extended to other type of nouns too,so from here my question)

Do you have another example showing *bhn > *mn ? (from there mn >
m is regular in Albanian)
